Benefits of Membership

Thank you for your interest in the Optical Women’s Association (OWA). Our mission is to enhance and promote the leadership role of women in the ophthalmic industry through networking and peer support. We accomplish this by: mentoring and outreach; networking both professionally and socially; providing a forum for the exchange of ideas and information among all levels of the industry; and by raising awareness of women's role in the ophthalmic industry. The OWA sponsors national events at least two times each year at Vision Expo East in New York, and Vision Expo West in Las Vegas. We also host regional events.
